With a proven track record of success and innovation in the artificial intelligence (AI) and technology sectors, he brings a wealth of executive experience and accolades from his previous leadership roles at SaaS and AI companies, including twenty years as Founder & CEO of Xactly. Cabrera takes over for Interim CEO Andy Eckert, who joins Lytx’s Board of Directors as Chairman.

Chris is a seasoned CEO with more than three decades of enterprise and on-demand/SaaS experience in both private and public companies. He has been recognized by USC as “Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year,” by The Software Report as a “Top CEO of 2020,” and was one of Business Intelligence Group’s “Executives of the Year” in 2021.
For 20 years, Chris served as the Founder & CEO of Xactly, an AI-powered platform that combines revenue intelligence and sales performance management for organizations of all sizes. Under his leadership, Xactly grew from a startup to a public company, achieving over 40% combined revenue growth and profit margin, creating the market and establishing it as today’s market leader. Chris Cabrera most recently served as the Interim CEO at Provarity AI, the pioneering platform transforming how enterprise software companies manage presales engineering and the proof-of-concept (POC) lifecycle.
