Trucordia, a top 20 U.S. insurance brokerage, recently announced the appointment of Leanne Ross as Senior Vice President and National Sales Leader. In this pivotal role, Ross will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling a national sales strategy that aligns with Trucordia’s recent rebranding and ambitious business objectives.

Ross will lead Trucordia’s U.S. sales team, focusing on increasing revenue and implementing key sales strategies. She will be tasked with fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring that Trucordia’s sales strategies are closely aligned with the company’s evolving brand and market position. “Her deep expertise as a producer and leader, paired with her proven ability to accelerate growth, positions her to make an immediate impact,” Moran said.

Ross brings to Trucordia a solid record of driving growth and innovation across the insurance landscape. Most recently, as Head of Enterprise Sales at Utica National Insurance Company, she grew premium from USD 1.5 billion to over USD 1.9 billion in under three years. Prior to her tenure at Utica, Ross served as National Sales Leader at Renaissance Alliance, where she spearheaded a nationwide expansion, increasing written premium from approximately USD 550 million to over USD 1.3 billion.
