JobGet Announces Free Access to RippleMatch Platform for Universities

For universities, this news means increased access to real-time analytics, tools to engage students, and connections to employers who are actively hiring.

RippleMatch, a leading early career recruiting platform, today announced that its university product is now available free of charge to all higher education institutions. The news follows RippleMatch’s acquisition by JobGet, one of the fastest-growing job platforms connecting workers to employers at scale, and provides universities a valuable tool to support students through an entry-level hiring market that’s challenged by AI disruption.

“Career services teams are being asked to do more for students at exactly the moment when the job market has become most unpredictable for them,” said Audrey Patenaude, General Manager of RippleMatch. “AI is reshaping the entry-level roles where graduates have traditionally gotten their start. The job search process has become more opaque, and universities are doing this with fewer resources than ever. With our acquisition by JobGet, we’ve gained access to a dramatically larger job inventory and employer network, and that growth allows us to expand access to universities at no cost, and we believe that’s what this moment calls for.”

The announcement comes as recent graduates face one of the toughest labor markets in years. Unemployment among recent college graduates has climbed to 5.7% — a three-year high — while underemployment sits at 41.5%. Junior-level job postings fell 7% last year even as senior-level openings grew, and AI is reshaping the career ladder.

Universities are absorbing this pressure directly. Higher education institutions shed over 9,000 positions in 2025, and budget constraints have left many career services teams trying to support more students with fewer resources.

RippleMatch’s Free Platform for University Career Centers

Through RippleMatch, students gain access to a personalized job feed matched to their skills and goals, verified skill badges recognized by employers, and an application process that surfaces them directly to recruiters, resulting in interview rates 20x higher than traditional job boards.

For career services teams, the platform provides real-time analytics on student engagement, verified skills, application volume, interview conversion rates, and placement outcomes, as well as tools to communicate directly with student cohorts and track activity across communities.

The acquisition of RippleMatch by JobGet further expands the diversity and volume of job opportunities available to students on the platform, adding JobGet’s broad employer network to RippleMatch’s existing early career recruiting relationships.

RippleMatch’s university platform is available immediately to all higher education institutions at no cost.
