Dorsey strengthens its M&A/Corporate Team with Partner Brian Moll

Mergers & Acquisitions + Corporate Transactional Partner Brian Moll

Dorsey & Whitney LLP continues to expand its Phoenix office with the arrival of Mergers & Acquisitions + Corporate Transactional Partner Brian Moll, the international law firm announced recently.

Brian focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. He routinely advises clients in a variety of industries: healthcare, technology and software, business services, consumer goods and services, and private equity and venture capital. Brian joins Dorsey from Quarles, where he was a partner. Brian received his J.D. and B.A. from the Ohio State University.

“Our goal entering this year was to build a top tier M&A/Corporate Transactional practice in Phoenix to support Dorsey’s Arizona and national clientele. We are excited with the progress and thrilled that Brian will be joining Partners Chris Sandor and C.W. Ross as we continue to grow the M&A/Corporate practice,” said Scott Jenkins, Dorsey’s Phoenix office head.

“Phoenix is a thriving market for business growth and development, and I’m excited to join Dorsey’s growing Phoenix office and national platform,” said Brian Moll. “I look forward to helping clients navigate their business goals with the strength of Dorsey’s nationally recognized Mergers & Acquisitions practice.”
