The American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association representing land title professionals and title insurance providers, today announced three promotions to advance the association’s mission and the interests of the title industry.
“These changes mark a milestone in the association’s growth and reinforce our ongoing commitment to delivering value to our members through strategic thought leadership, proactive advocacy and innovative initiatives,” said ALTA CEO Chris Morton. “Elizabeth Blosser, Emily Tryon and Kevin Cameron are accomplished, trusted leaders who bring unmatched expertise and passion to our work.”

Elizabeth Blosser, most recently vice president of government affairs overseeing state advocacy, has been appointed chief strategy, communications and innovation officer, responsible for leading impactful initiatives that shape the critical role, important story and future direction of the title industry.
Emily Tryon has been promoted to chief advocacy officer from her position as vice president of government affairs managing federal advocacy. She will lead the association’s legislative and regulatory priorities, ensuring the industry’s voice resonates at all levels of government.

Kevin Cameron, formerly senior director, federal government affairs, steps into the role of vice president, head of federal government affairs. Leveraging his expertise, Cameron will lead ALTA’s work on Capitol Hill and within the Executive Branch, as well as the association’s political and grassroots initiatives.
“The ALTA Board of Governors is thrilled to see these promotions,” said ALTA President Richard Welshons. “They will position ALTA to continue to deliver strong advocacy on behalf of its members, while supporting innovation in an evolving real estate landscape.”
