For community and regional banks and credit unions, the next wave of growth lives in their commercial and business relationships. StrategyCorps recently announced its acquisition of Quantuma, an AI-native relationship solution for commercial and business banking. The acquisition establishes MonetizeIQ (MIQ) for Business Banking, a new extension of the MIQ platform that brings transaction intelligence to commercial and business relationships.

Demand to modernize business banking has accelerated. The share of small businesses seeking financing from online fintech lenders has nearly doubled in five years, rising from 17% in 2020 to 29% in 2025, according to the Federal Reserve Banks’ Small Business Credit Survey. A single relationship manager often oversees more business relationships than anyone can actively track, so growth signals slip and clients turn to other institutions for lending, merchant services, and more.

StrategyCorps is giving community institutions a way to close that gap. Every existing business customer, along with select prospects, is automatically assigned a dedicated AI agent that works alongside the relationship manager. Each agent reads the signals in a business’s activity and surfaces timely, specific revenue opportunities the relationship manager can act on, whether that’s a loan the business is ready for or merchant services it’s paying a competitor to provide. The approach scales to hundreds of thousands of agents, so lean commercial teams can see and pursue every opportunity rather than only a handful, with the relationship manager staying at the center of the conversation.

The platform runs on two building blocks. The first is transaction intelligence, built on fine-tuned large language models that turn raw commercial transaction data into meaningful insight. The second is agent orchestration, which puts that intelligence to work relationship by relationship. Built for financial institutions, the technology is designed for transparency and explainability, showing its work with full compliant audit trail & citations so relationship managers have a clear rationale to share in the client conversation.

“With MIQ, we gave community and regional banks, large & small, a modern way to grow their retail and business relationships, and Quantuma expands what we can do on the commercial side,” said Vince Bezemer, president of StrategyCorps. “Bringing transaction intelligence to business banking is a difference maker. It helps relationship bankers at community and regional institutions compete by spotting what their commercial clients need early, often before the client asks.”

“We built Quantuma to help community institutions outcompete fintechs and the big banks by giving every business relationship the proactive attention it demands,” said Adnan Haider, co-founder of Quantuma. “Joining StrategyCorps puts this technology directly in the hands of institutions looking to accelerate business banking growth, backed by a track record of success and trust built over two decades serving this industry.”

The Quantuma-powered extension of MIQ for Business Banking will roll out to StrategyCorps clients and select prospects starting in the fourth quarter of 2026.
