onPhase, a platform that unifies finance and operations, recently announced a strategic partnership with Arcadium Technologies, LLC, a Work Truck Solutions company and a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), vehicle inventory, and vehicle sales management tools to heavy-duty truck, trailer, and equipment dealers.

This partnership addresses a challenge every heavy-duty dealership knows well: the record-keeping and compliance requirements that pile up behind every unit sold and serviced. By bringing onPhase document management and process automation together with the Arcadium tools dealers already run, that paperwork stays organized and audit-ready without adding steps for the people handling it. Together, the two companies will give heavy-duty truck, trailer, and equipment dealers a more connected way to run the dealership, keeping information moving across the systems they already trust instead of re-entering it between them.

“Every truck a dealership sells or services generates a trail of documentation, and finance carries responsibility for it long after the deal closes,” said Robert Michlewicz, Chief Executive Officer of onPhase. “Our partnership with Arcadium brings together two platforms heavy-duty dealers already rely on, so the documentation behind every unit stays accessible and audit-ready, giving their teams greater visibility and control across every rooftop. Expanding our partner ecosystem with companies who understand this industry the way Arcadium does is how we continue to deliver the value our customers expect. Together, we are advancing what finance and operations teams can achieve.”

“At Arcadium, we’ve always believed dealerships shouldn’t have to juggle multiple systems just to find a single document — our integration with onPhase changes that,” said Tim Cline, President of Arcadium Technologies. “By bringing document and scanned file management into one authorized, role-based view, we’re giving employees instant access to what they need — whether it’s a native file from the DMS, from Arcadium, or a third-party source, or a document that’s been scanned directly into the system — without the friction of switching platforms or chasing down permissions. This partnership reflects our commitment to building a truly connected dealership, where technology works together instead of in silos.”
