Driven by a passion for resident care and team leadership, Fervil-Brown has worked in nearly every operational tier of senior living since entering the industry in logistics, mastering the art of staffing and care coordination. After realizing her strong operational acumen, she transitioned to the Business Office Manager role, where she successfully oversaw financial health, human resources processes and regulatory compliance. She holds master’s degrees in both health services administration and public health, ensuring her community operates at the highest standards of safety, care and efficiency.
With success in community operations and leadership management, Fervil-Brown ascended into an Assistant Executive Director role before ultimately transitioning to the Executive Director of a high-achieving senior living community. In her new role as Executive Director of Pelican Landing, Fervil-Brown will maintain the community’s exceptional industry presence and reputation for excellence.
