A Global leader in EDI and e-invoicing software, Comarch, recently starts its newest data center, and first fully owned and operated facility in North America, in Phoenix. In June 2023, their latest infrastructure innovation completed construction in the Phoenix metropolitan area of Mesa, Arizona. The 32,000-square-foot flagship facility is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, secure, and reliable cloud and professional data center services in the US. And, with 24/7×365 monitoring, and enough power and cooling systems in place to meet Tier III standards, customers experience virtually no downtime.
A cloud platform with over 450,000 daily users and 650 million document exchanges per year, the new data center will greatly help Comarch deliver its data exchange portfolio to its North American customers.
Benefits of the new facility
By exchanging emails through Comarch’s own infrastructure, they can promise greater flexibility in SLAs and ensure the security of their customers’ sensitive data. As more countries introduce new tax rules requiring electronic invoicing, North American businesses with a global footprint can now rely on Comarch for a centralized approach to invoicing compliance.
The new data center offers a range of services including managed services, cloud hosting, colocation, disaster recovery and backup solutions. It also provides meeting rooms (MMRs) so that customers can connect to one or more carriers, allowing Fortune 500 customers to easily access and transfer data.
The facility is the culmination of a $26 million investment as the company expands its global presence, which currently spans 92 offices across four continents. This expansion means that Comarch enterprises and potential customers will benefit from a more comprehensive IT solution with improved systems integration. Unified data center infrastructure, managed services, and updated applications provide vertical integration and alignment benefits at scale.
