Cboe Global Markets, Inc., one of the world’s leading derivatives and securities exchange networks, recently announced it has appointed Prashant Bhatia as Executive Vice President, Head of Enterprise Strategy and Corporate Development, effective September 2, 2025.
In this role, Mr. Bhatia will partner with Cboe’s executive leadership team to develop and execute the company’s enterprise business strategy, helping the company to focus on identifying high-impact opportunities for growth and further strengthening Cboe’s position as an industry leader.

Mr. Bhatia has advised the management team and worked closely with Cboe’s board of directors since December 2023. He previously led Enterprise Strategy & Corporate Development at TD Ameritrade for 11 years during a period of transformative organic and acquisition-driven growth. Earlier in his career, he served as an equity research analyst covering the financial services industry, with a focus on brokers and asset managers. He brings more than 30 years of global experience in the financial services sector.
