With more than 30 years of banking experience, she has successfully led branch operations, developed high-performing teams, strengthened client relationships, and built partnerships that support long-term growth and community development. Most recently, she served as a Universal Banker, where she assumed branch leadership responsibilities and fostered community partnerships while continuing to deliver exceptional service to both consumer and business clients.
As Branch Manager, Mindy will oversee daily operations of the Mt. Airy branch while leading efforts to build relationships throughout the community and help clients achieve their financial goals.
