S4Capital’s Monks, one of the global digital-first marketing, advertising, and technology services companies (S4Capital plc, SFOR.L), on 21 September 2026 announced the appointment of Nirvik Singh to the Executive Leadership Team, initially focusing on its EMEA business as CEO EMEA Marketing Services, effective 1 October 2026. Singh, who joined the S4Capital Board of Directors as an independent Non-Executive Director in May 2025, steps into the regional executive leadership role to accelerate commercial momentum, unify multi-market operations, and scale Monks’ integrated, real-time marketing offerings across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As a result, he will retire from the S4Capital Board.
Building on the continued strengthening of Monks’ senior leadership across EMEA, Singh will work closely with Chief Revenue Officer EMEA Alex Oberberg, appointed earlier this year, and the EMEA country managing directors. Reporting directly to Bruno Lambertini, Monks CEO, Marketing Services, Singh will lead the region’s business, bringing together brand strategy, creative craft, content orchestration, and data-driven media under Monks’ unitary operating model.
Singh brings more than 35 years of global marketing, communications, and operational leadership across five continents. Most recently, he served as Global Chief Operating Officer and President International at Grey Group, overseeing business operations across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Throughout his career, Singh has partnered with marquee enterprise brands, which include Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Volvo, BAT, and Haleon, navigating complex regional dynamics while orchestrating creative strategy, technology, and commercial impact.

“Nirvik’s appointment marks an exciting milestone for Monks as enterprise CMOs increasingly move away from the fragmented rosters, conflicting incentives, and slow cycles of legacy holding companies,” said Bruno Lambertini, Monks CEO, Marketing Services. “Modern brands must move at the speed of culture. To achieve that real-time relevance, clients need an agile partner who breaks down the artificial barriers between creative, media, and tech. Having worked closely with Nirvik on our Board, I know his operational rigor, global network expertise, and shared conviction in our unitary model make him uniquely equipped to scale our EMEA presence.”
“Marketers today face an acute tension: they need operational efficiency under tight budgets, but cannot compromise on brand craft, distinction, and measurable growth,” said Nirvik Singh, CEO, EMEA Marketing Services. “Monks was built from day one as a unified engine. By pairing world-class creative craft with real-time media intelligence and enterprise AI orchestration, we empower brands to show up authentically in cultural moments and drive immediate business results. I’m thrilled to transition from the Board into the international leadership role, working with our teams across EMEA to help clients navigate that tension and accelerate the region’s next phase of growth.”
Looking ahead to 2027, Singh’s leadership will drive a bold expansion phase across EMEA, fueled by next-generation enterprise partnerships and the broader rollout of Monks. Flow — Monks’ proprietary AI and workflow platform. By embedding real-time media intelligence, human-in-the-loop creative curation, and automated content orchestration deeper into client workflows, Monks enters 2027 uniquely positioned to redefine how global brands achieve cultural relevance, operational efficiency, and commercial impact across the region.
