Pulsetto Introduces FIT X, the Next Generation of Its Stress Fitness Platform

Pulsetto FIT X, the next generation of Pulsetto's Stress Fitness platform.

Pulsetto, the consumer neurotechnology company pioneering the Stress Fitness category, recently announced the launch of Pulsetto FIT X, its next-generation wearable designed to help people train their nervous systems through vagus nerve stimulation (VNS). FIT X introduces a redesigned, X-shaped bilateral electrode with new placement engineered for more secure, consistent contact with the neck. Working alongside the Pulsetto app and Stress Resilience Score, FIT X delivers a more personalized approach to building resilience, improving recovery and strengthening the body’s ability to handle everyday stress.

For years, wellness products have focused on helping people manage stress after it appears. Pulsetto believes the greater opportunity lies in training the nervous system itself. Just as physical exercise strengthens the body over time, regular vagus nerve training can help improve recovery capacity, emotional regulation, sleep quality and resilience. Pulsetto calls this approach Stress Fitness, which is building the body’s ability to recover from stress rather than simply reacting to it.

“Stress is part of everyday life,” said Ignas Brazdauskas, CEO of Pulsetto. “What matters is how quickly your nervous system can recover from it. FIT X represents the next step in our vision for Stress Fitness by giving people a smarter, more personalized way to train resilience as part of their daily routine.”

PERSONALIZED STRESS RESILIENCE

Pulsetto FIT X is designed to adapt to each individual, making daily nervous system training more personalized, comfortable and consistent. The device combines a redesigned X-shaped electrode placement, adaptive stimulation, intelligent sensing and improved ergonomics for more secure, comfortable skin contact to reduce friction during every session while helping users build long-term recovery habits.

Paired with the Pulsetto app and Stress Resilience Score, FIT X allows users to monitor their progress over time and better understand how consistent nervous system training may improve recovery, sleep and overall resilience. The connected platform is designed to make resilience measurable rather than subjective.

Key features include:

  • Adaptive stimulation that automatically adjusts to each user
  • Intelligent contact sensing for more consistent sessions
  • X-shaped, dual-channel electrode design engineered to target both vagus nerve pathways simultaneously, with a redesigned placement for more secure, comfortable neck contact
  • Advanced stimulation profiles for personalized training
  • Gentler starting levels, making stimulation feel more natural and reducing friction
  • Enhanced integration with the Pulsetto app and Stress Resilience Score
  • Longer battery life, offline mode, improved bluetooth connection and vibro-tactile feedback for convenient daily use

BUILT ON CLINICAL RESEARCH

FIT X builds upon Pulsetto’s clinically studied vagus nerve stimulation technology. The company’s flagship platform was evaluated in a peer-reviewed, PubMed-indexed randomized controlled trial published in the journal Neuroscience Applied. The study found reductions in stress, symptoms of anxiety and cortisol levels, as well as improvements in sleep quality, among participants who used the technology for a few minutes each day over a four-week period.

In September 2026, a sham-controlled EEG study found that a single 10-minute Pulsetto session produced measurable changes in brain activity associated with relaxation. Compared with a non-functional sham device, active stimulation was associated with significantly greater relaxation and reduced mental arousal, with the strongest effects observed within the first 30 minutes following use.

FROM A DEVICE TO A STRESS FITNESS ECOSYSTEM

Pulsetto FIT X is designed for people navigating the demands of modern life, from busy professionals, entrepreneurs and athletes to parents, shift workers and anyone looking to improve recovery, sleep and resilience.

Rather than serving as a standalone wellness device, FIT X is part of Pulsetto’s broader Stress Fitness ecosystem, which combines wearable technology, guided protocols, personalized insights and the Stress Resilience Score to help users build healthier recovery habits over time. As the platform evolves, Pulsetto plans to expand its ecosystem with additional software, biometric insights and coaching tools designed to help users strengthen nervous system performance for the long term.

Pulsetto FIT X will be available starting Sept. 17 on the website of Pulsetto.
