Coldwell Banker Warburg (CBW), one of the premier brokerages that’s been at the forefront of New York luxury real estate for more than 100 years, is pleased to announce that two high-performing teams are joining the firm from Elegran Real Estate: The Asset Advisory Team and the Waterview Advisory Group. In recent months, 25 real estate brokers and agents have joined CBW from Elegran and other leading brokerages and firms.

The Asset Advisory Team, which has amassed more than a quarter of a billion dollars in lifetime sales, is led by Ashley Reidy Quinn and Nick Montalbano. Quinn co-founded the team with Montalbano, and in addition to overseeing and generating the team’s sales and rental transactions, she leads its operations, marketing, and client experience strategy with precision and a commitment to excellence. She also earned the distinguished Real Estate Board of New York’s “Rental Deal of the Year” award during her first year in the business. Montalbano leads the team’s business development and sales strategy. The team’s transactional range spans Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons, and includes work within prominent properties such as 212 Fifth Avenue and 33 East 74th Street.

As a whole, the team prides itself on a balanced left-right brain approach to real estate — identifying intrinsic real estate value, while staying mindful of the heart and soul of its clients’ goals. The Group is led by its founder, agent Jules Garcia, a former regional vice president and 20-year financial services industry veteran. He focuses on upscale townhouses, new developments, and multifamily properties in Brooklyn and Queens.

- Agent John David Henning: An expert in digital marketing, social media strategy, and consumer behavior, he has since found a passion in helping people find their perfect homes. His storytelling expertise translates perfectly into marketing homes.
- Agent Allie Dornier: The granddaughter of a real estate broker, she grew up in and around real estate, benefitting from her family’s entrepreneurial mindset. She previously worked in property management and is a skilled negotiator.
Waterview Advisory Group
- Agent William Yau: The New Jersey native looks back on a previous career working with some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the financial, travel, retail, and e-commerce industries, negotiating multi-million dollar media investments. As a real estate professional and investor, he now focuses on Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, and helps clients buy or sell all property types. He is fluent in Mandarin.
- Agent Nikita Idiri: Born in Paris, raised in Long Island, Idiri has almost ten years of experience in real estate. His track record spans Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island. From luxury penthouses in the city to waterfront estates in the Hamptons, his portfolio comprises a wide range of property types and price points. He is fluent in French and Russian.
