HawkEye 360 Announces Organizational Changes to Drive Growth and Efficiency

HawkEye 360, the global leader in signals intelligence and data analytics, is evolving its leadership structure to best serve customers, streamline operations, and position the company for continued growth. These strategic changes reflect the company’s commitment to delivering advanced RF data insights with agility and efficiency.

To further strengthen its executive team, HawkEye 360 has announced the following appointments and promotions:

  • Chris Herndon – Chief Operating Officer & Chief Information Officer – Chris Herndon will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer while retaining his current position as Chief Information Officer. With over 20 years of government IT experience, Chris has led senior IT initiatives within prominent government integrators. He previously served as Director of White House Information Technology, where he was responsible for IT strategy and operations.
  • Craig Searle—Chief Business Officer—Craig Searle will step into the role of Chief Business Officer. Previously Vice President of Strategic Finance, Craig has been instrumental in shaping HawkEye 360’s financial strategy. His 20 years of experience as a finance and strategy leader include four years on the company’s Board of Directors. Craig holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
  • Janine Sweeney—Chief Human Resources Officer—As the new Chief Human Resources Officer, Janine Sweeney will continue her dedication to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workforce. Since joining HawkEye 360, she has overseen the HR strategy and played a critical role in developing and implementing key HR programs to support employee engagement, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Janine brings extensive HR leadership experience across various business environments and holds a BA in Business Psychology from Miami University.
  • Stephanie Widzinski – Chief Accounting Officer – Stephanie Widzinski has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer, recognizing her significant contributions to the Accounting and Finance organization since HawkEye 360’s early days. With prior experience at Raytheon and deep expertise in financial management and reporting, she will continue to play a critical role in ensuring the company’s financial health. Stephanie holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
  • Alex Fox – President, International Business Unit – Alex Fox, our Chief Growth Officer, will assume the role of President for our newly established International Business Unit. Alex will oversee the strategic direction, management, and overall performance of our international business. With over 35 years of executive leadership experience in engineering, operations, and business development—particularly in global defense and intelligence—Alex is well-positioned to drive our international growth and strengthen our business globally.
