Intrinsic LLC, a national transaction and valuation advisory firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado names Chief Operating Officer, Dan Kahn and Chief Revenue Officer, Siobhan Maio as Co-Chief Executive Officers after an extensive CEO search following co-founder Alex Hodgkin’s retirement as CEO last year.
“Dan and Siobhan have demonstrated their leadership and ability to partner together to drive the firm’s strategy and exceed growth targets during a very uncertain market. We’re excited to see their successful collaboration continue as we expand our offerings to serve our middle market private equity clients best,” said Will Mesdag, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Since Hodgkin’s departure, Rob Swanson, Director & Interim CEO, will return to his role on Intrinsic’s Board of Directors. “Dan and Siobhan are uniquely positioned to lead Intrinsic given their experience in building high-performing teams, driving top-line growth, and their commitment to Intrinsic’s people-focused culture,” said Swanson.
Dan Kahn joined Intrinsic in 2019 as Managing Director and leader of the Transaction Advisory Services practice and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2023.
Siobhan Maio joined Intrinsic as Chief Revenue Officer in May 2023 from Kingfish Group where she was a Partner leading the private equity diligence and co-investment practices.
