Ashua, the curved and plus-size brand of Lojas Renner S.A., will expand its physical units in 2023 with plans to open five new stores, strengthening its presence in relevant markets, such as São Paulo, and in regions still unexplored, such as Paraná and Espírito Santo. The expansion strategy for the year maintains the pace adopted last year, when Ashua inaugurated four physical points, prioritizing new squares: Minas Gerais, Bahia, and Pernambuco.
All new stores will maintain existing differentials such as the personalized service of the collaborators’ experts in curve and plus size fashion, affectionately known as “Ashuagirls”; spacious, comfortable fitting rooms with empowering messages in the mirrors; in addition to super welcoming and warm environment.
In addition to buying in physical stores, consumers can purchase the pieces online through the website, the Renner application, and WhatsApp, and, if they prefer, they can still pick up the item directly at the Ashua store or at the nearest Renner, without shipping cost. Already from the Easy Exchange, customers can exchange products by mail or exchange / return them in any store Ashua or Renner. Ashua also has a mobile sales service, which allows the customer to make the payment anywhere in the store, without the need to go to the cashier. The brand also sells its pieces on the marketplace of large retailers.
For Ashua Senior Manager Diana Wu, physical units play a key role in the omnichannel strategy as they complement the shopping journey, drive e-commerce and strengthen customer relationships across all channels. “We want to bring the Ashua brand to other regions of the country, providing convenience and a delightful shopping experience to our customers,” he adds.
