Persistent Systems, a global leader in digital engineering, further strengthens its partnership with Google Cloud by launching a set of Generative AI solutions powered by Google Cloud. These products will help customers at every stage of their AI journey, from AI researchers to generative AI innovators, understand how to successfully identify these cutting-edge technologies and implement them into their businesses at scale.

Persistent worked with Google Cloud to develop the six-week Generative AI Deployment Acceleration Program. Using differentiated intellectual property, persistent accelerators and frameworks, and Google Cloud’s advanced Vertex AI platform, we help customers strategize their desired outcomes, find relevant use cases, build flexible, custom generative AI roadmaps, and implement generative AI technologies.

Data is the foundation for successful implementation of AI solutions. Businesses need to prepare data for AI-powered use cases, which are typically time and resource intensive. Persistent has created an IP-based application and database modernization accelerator that leverages Google Cloud’s generative AI capabilities to improve data modernization.

This solution reduces time-to-market and costs by accelerating code migrations that can improve overall developer productivity through more efficient coding workflows.

In addition, Persistent has developed an enterprise search and insights discovery tool with an AI-powered conversational interface, which enables users to generate real-time insights from database analytics, applying Google Cloud’s leading expertise in natural language understanding.

Persistent has combined its Digital Engineering expertise with over a decade of hands-on experience as a Google Cloud partner to deliver cutting-edge solutions that help enterprises stay ahead of the curve. For example, Persistent is helping Artnet, a leading resource for buying, selling, and researching art online, to understand how they can reimagine the search for art through Generative AI.

Artnet participated in Persistent’s proprietary acceleration engagement program, resulting in the use case of a conversational AI-powered interface that converses with art buyers in natural language, connecting to the database of available art to advise purchasing decisions based on criteria shared by customers.

Rajesh Abhyankar, Senior Vice President – Google Business Unit, Persistent:

“Persistent’s acceleration engagement program, developed with Google Cloud, empowered Artnet to chart our Generative AI journey. The program helped us understand the potential of this cutting-edge technology for our business and how it can be implemented with tailored use cases.

One potential use case we are exploring is to transform the art discovery and search process by taking it beyond the usual keyword search model with conversational AI. We are truly excited to embrace the power of Generative AI on Google Cloud and look forward to transforming the art buying industry.”
