IgniteTech launched Jive CoPilot, a new GenAI-powered assistant for Jive. Jive is a popular Employee Engagement Platform (EEP) used by customers worldwide. It helps millions of users share knowledge, connect people, and develop culture and collaboration. IgniteTech added Jive into its portfolio in May 2023.
In keeping with Jive’s mission to transform the future of work, “Jive CoPilot”, a new Google Chrome extension, uses GenAI to empower employees and help them find the information they need. Jive CoPilot uses summary and Q&A features to allow users to extract chunks of data from the vast knowledge base that Jive customers have built over the years.

Features of the AI tool
Jive CoPilot uses advanced search capabilities and ChatGPT to answer questions and provide summaries of relevant documents. The combination of advanced search and AI-powered text generation optimizes the user experience, making relevant data easier to find and understand.
Jive customers can download the Jive CoPilot GenAI assistant from the Chrome Web Store and use it immediately on Thrive, the Jive-based IgniteTech community platform. Additionally, the IgniteTech Jive support team is ready to help customers enable Jive CoPilot on their Jive instances for both Jive Cloud instances and Hosted-On-Premise (HOP) editions.
