CloudFuze has launched AI migration, a new migration category that helps organizations move their AI apps and AI agents to a new platform, along with the knowledge built up inside them.

It covers AI app migration for assistants like Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Claude, and AI agent migration, starting with Microsoft Copilot Studio to Google Gemini Enterprise migration. Every conversation, file, and custom agent adds to the company’s knowledge. Microsoft reports that over 230,000 organizations have used Copilot Studio to build agents.

When a company changes AI platforms, that knowledge usually stays behind. Employees then have to start over with new AI assistants and agents that know nothing about their work and spend months rebuilding them.

With CloudFuze’s AI migration, organizations can:

  • Migrate conversation history, context, and artifacts across Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Claude.
  • Let users ask the new AI assistant (in the destination platform) about past conversations and get answers with source references.
  • Recreate Copilot Studio agents in Gemini Enterprise using Google’s Agent Development Kit (ADK).
  • Carry over agent instructions, topics, child agents, knowledge sources, connector tools, MCPs, flows, and Dataverse tables.
  • Keep each agent’s display name, description, permissions, and sharing.
  • Switch Microsoft connectors to Google Workspace equivalents, such as Teams to Google Chat, and map web browsing to Google Search.
  • Run a dry migration first to catch issues early, then start the actual migration, and use migrated agents right away.

“Over the past year, more and more of our customers started asking the same question during their migrations: what happens to our AI? Their teams had built months of conversations, files, and agents that the business now depends on, and nobody wanted to lose that. We kept hearing it across projects, so we built AI migration to carry that knowledge over. Users and agents can now keep working on the new platform after migration,” said Ravi Poli, founder and CEO of CloudFuze.
