Uni K Wax, a natural body-waxing franchise known for its proprietary Elasti K Wax, recently announced the appointment of Christina Simeone as Vice President of Operations.
In her new role at Uni K Wax, Simeone will oversee studio operations, franchisee support, and operational execution across the brand’s expanding national footprint, working directly with franchisees to optimize studio operations, support team development, and elevate each guest’s studio experience.
“Christina is a unique operations executive who brings vast experience in developing operations of wellness brands, putting emphasis on economic benefits at the unit level and the success of the franchisees,” stated Jarred Fajerski, CEO of Uni K Wax. “Christina’s operational expertise and franchise-first philosophy made her an excellent candidate to lead our studio system into the next stage of growth.”
Simeone brings extensive experience managing operations for companies in the premium personal care sector. Before joining the brand, she spent over a decade as Director of Operations at Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa, where she managed operational activities aimed at improving franchise performance.

Currently, Uni K Wax has nearly 40 open studios and 31 in development across nine markets and seven states. Additionally, the brand is accelerating its national expansion through a robust pipeline of independent studio conversions.
