Hudson Valley iCampus, New York’s premier hub for innovation, ingenuity and industry, is proud to announce the addition of established real estate leader, Greg Brown to oversee all aspects of the campus’ day-to-day operations, development and growth.
“We’re thrilled for the future of Hudson Valley iCampus,” said Greg Hipp, Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Realty Group, the developer who owns and manages the property. “Greg has shown throughout his career that he is an experienced leader, with a track record of improving operations, efficiencies and profitability. We welcome him to the IRG team and are ready to see the campus reach new heights of success.”

As HViC’s top executive, Brown will draw on his diverse 25 years of experience in development, asset management, leasing, property management and investment management. Prior to joining the HViC/IRG team, Brown led two companies as Chief Operating Officer. He was responsible for over USD 2.5 billion in AUM across eight different states, most recently with a mid-market syndicator/operator in New Jersey. In his most recent COO role, Brown oversaw over 100 team members in the daily operations of over 50 assets, totaling 7.5 million square feet. He has also held FINRA Series 7/63 securities licenses as well as real estate brokerage licenses in five different states.
“It is an incredible opportunity to join an established, dynamic site owned by a world-class developer. IRG’s ability to create value at Hudson Valley iCampus highlights their skill in executing a clear, steady vision. It’s exciting to join such a creative, collaborative environment,” said Greg Brown, the project’s new Vice President and Director. “I’m looking forward to leading the Hudson Valley iCampus into the future— and its best chapter yet.”
