Nscale, the vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, announced the appointment of Justin Osofsky as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Osofsky will report directly to Founder and Chief Executive Officer Josh Payne and oversee Nscale’s global operations as the company accelerates its rapid expansion.

Osofsky joins Nscale following an 18-year career at Meta, where he held senior executive roles spanning global operations, partnerships, corporate development, monetization, and platform strategy. Most recently serving as Chief Partnerships Officer at Meta, Osofsky previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Instagram, Vice President of Global Operations at Meta, and Head of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) group at Meta.
As Chief Operating Officer, Osofsky will drive operational cadence, cross-functional execution, and organizational scaling across Nscale’s expanding global footprint. His scope of responsibility includes leading Nscale’s People, EMEA, APAC, Business Development, Communications, Marketing, Global Policy, and M&A organizations.

Osofsky holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University. Prior to joining Meta, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.
