KB Home recently announced that Casey Dare has been named as its Tampa Division President. In this role, Dare is responsible for the company’s homebuilding operations throughout the region, from land acquisition and construction to sales and customer service.
Dare brings more than 20 years of homebuilding experience and 10 years of service with KB Home. He has served many roles with the company, including superintendent, customer service manager, director of customer service and operations, senior vice president of operations, and most recently, executive vice president for the Orlando division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. Dare also served as an active-duty officer in the United States Army for 8 years.
“Casey brings an exceptional depth and breadth of experience to our Tampa division, executing on KB Home’s distinctive customer-centric business model,” said Vince DePorre, KB Home’s East Region President. “We are excited to have him extend his outstanding career at KB Home by leading the strategic growth of our Tampa operations.”
