Since joining EGP in 2023, Jay has sourced and led investments in Uwill and Ubeya and led an investment in ClassWallet. He has been a key driver of the impressive success of each company. His promotion recognizes his exceptional deal capabilities and reflects the team’s confidence in his ability to continue to support the firm’s success.

Prior to joining EGP in 2023, Jay was a Vice President at Silversmith Capital Partners, a growth equity firm where he focused primarily on B2B technology and information services investments. Jay began his career at LLR Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on technology and healthcare investing. Jay graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Legal Studies.
