His promotion recognizes his exceptional deal capabilities and reflects the team’s confidence in his ability to continue to support the firm’s success.

Prior to joining EGP in 2023, Jay was a Vice President at Silversmith Capital Partners, a growth equity firm where he focused primarily on B2B technology and information services investments. Jay began his career at LLR Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on technology and healthcare investing. Jay graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Legal Studies.
