Cellebrite, a global leader in AI-powered digital investigation and intelligence solutions for the public and private sectors, announced the appointment of Rogerio Rizzi as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development. Rizzi, an engineer by training, joins Cellebrite from Okta, Inc., where he built the corporate strategy team, and will now lead the expansion of Cellebrite’s strategy and development capabilities.
Rizzi has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology and strategy, advising executives on AI, technology, and growth. At Okta, he led the company’s growth strategy for six years, paving the way to $3 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR). As a close advisor to the leadership team, he developed the decision-making framework that aligned Okta’s functions with this plan.
“Rogerio and I worked together at Okta, and I witnessed firsthand how he developed a growth strategy and decision-making framework that accelerated growth and aligned the leadership team,” said Shiv Ramji, CEO of Cellebrite. “He brings that same thoroughness, along with his extensive experience in AI, technology, and M&A, to Cellebrite. Together, we are embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory to better serve our customers.”

Prior to joining Okta, Rizzi led corporate strategy at SAP SE, where he spearheaded platform consolidation and defined the strategy for the company’s cloud, platform, and emerging technology businesses, including AI and machine learning. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, he served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy, advising the CEO, executive board, and supervisory board. Before that, he spent ten years as a partner at the strategy consulting firm Monitor Group, where he co-led the Chicago and São Paulo offices.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Cellebrite and to help Shiv and the team move forward with a focused, bold strategy that will increase our value for all key stakeholders and accelerate our growth,” said Rizzi. “Cellebrite is a leader in its industry and enjoys genuine trust and credibility; demand is clear and growing everywhere.” Rizzi also brings a personal perspective to the company’s mission. “I grew up in Brazil, where road safety is a serious issue. In my view, the fastest way to address these issues is through access to effective technology. The faster we deploy our solutions, the safer the world will be.”
Rizzi began studying electrical engineering at the age of 16 and worked on the development of microchips and neural networks in the 1990s. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a degree in electrical engineering from the University of São Paulo.
