Tim Donohue, Senior Vice President, Net Lease, Brennan Investment Group

Brennan Investment Group, a leading private real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of industrial properties across the United States, announced the promotion of Tim Donohue to Senior Vice President, Net Lease, effective immediately. Donohue previously served as Senior Asset Manager, Net Lease.

Donohue joined Brennan in 2021 and plays an integral role in the asset and portfolio management of the firm’s Net Lease platform. In his expanded role, he will have front-line responsibility for designated portfolios, overseeing operations, leasing, and disposition activities. He will also dedicate a portion of his time to identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities as Brennan continues to grow its Net Lease platform.

“Tim’s depth of experience and hands-on approach to asset management have made him an invaluable part of our Net Lease team,” said Eric Clausen, Executive Vice President, Net Lease at Brennan Investment Group. “He is involved in all aspects of an investment’s lifecycle and consistently brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to maximizing value across the portfolio. As we continue to expand the platform, Tim’s breadth of experience will be equally valuable in helping us identify new investment opportunities.”

“Tim has built an impressive career across virtually every facet of commercial real estate,” said Robert Vanecko, Managing Principal, Net Lease at Brennan Investment Group. “This promotion recognizes both the contributions he has made to the platform and the larger role he will play in our continued growth.”

Donohue brings four decades of commercial real estate experience spanning property management, leasing, asset and portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Prior to joining Brennan, he was part of the team that launched First Industrial Realty Trust in 1994. Donohue has managed portfolios encompassing millions of square feet and has participated in the execution of more than 10 million square feet of leases. He has directed the acquisition of more than $500 million in real estate assets, completed more than $300 million in dispositions, and participated in the development of more than $100 million in new properties.

“Brennan’s Net Lease platform has continued to evolve and grow, and I’m excited to take on an expanded role as we look toward the next phase,” said Tim Donohue, Senior Vice President, Net Lease at Brennan Investment Group. “I look forward to continuing to work with our team to drive performance across the existing portfolio while also helping identify opportunities that support the platform’s long-term growth.”
