Hard Rock International has partnered with Major Food Group (MFG) to develop and cultivate dining experiences at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino locations around the world. MFG’s role at Hard Rock will also cover other planned projects.

As part of the strategic partnership with Hard Rock, MFG will act as an advisor in the creation of new food and beverage plans at existing integrated resorts such as Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. In addition, MFG will be involved in creating restaurant concepts for Hard Rock’s new construction projects such as Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Athens.

“We always strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience – and we know of no better partner to elevate their quality to an even greater level than the team at Major Food Group,” said Jim Allen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming. “We look forward to a great collaboration and exciting new opportunities for our guests.”

Major Food Group Co-Owner Jeff Zalaznick adds, “We have a truly unique opportunity to combine MFG’s deep expertise and innovation with hotel and casino excellence and together bring exceptional dining and beverage experiences to guests at Hard Rock’s domestic and international properties.”

The new partnership builds on the ongoing collaboration between the two world-renowned hospitality brands, which was launched by the successful CARBONE residency program in December at the Cipresso restaurant in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. This remarkable dining experience was part of the New Era in Gaming for Florida event, which commemorated the historic launch of Seminole Gaming’s dice, roulette and sports betting at six facilities across the state.
