Enseo, a leading provider of personalized digital guest experience technology for hotels, recently announced a collaboration with Richard Tudgay, former Chief Technology Officer for Remington Hospitality, to advise the group on its product strategy and direction. In this capacity, Tudgay will assist Enseo with aligning its technology with customer needs, supporting the group’s decision-making when considering guest and operator requirements.

Tudgay served as Director of IT and then VP of Technology at Omni Hotels & Resorts for more than 14 years. After this, Tudgay was Chief Technology Officer for Highgate Hotels for nearly a decade before joining Remington Hospitality. Earlier in his career, Tudgay held IT leadership positions at Pegasus Solutions and The Container Store, a role he said helped shape his approach to customer service due to the corporate mandate that he work in the store despite his focus on technology.
“Having spent much of my career on the hotel side, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges operators face when balancing guest expectations, operational efficiency and technology investments,” Tudgay said. “What impressed me most about Enseo is its willingness to listen to customers and evolve its platform around real operational needs, not just new features. I’m excited to bring my perspective to Enseo’s roadmap as it continues to develop leading solutions that address the real needs of its customers.”
Enseo CEO Brian Gurley said, “Richard has spent decades making technology decisions from the hotel operator’s perspective, giving him an exceptional understanding of what our customers – and their guests – value most. His insight will help us continue building solutions that solve challenges for our many partners while advancing the guest experience across the industry.”
