Equisoft, a leading global digital solutions provider to the financial services industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Thrall as Chief Sales Officer. In this role, Thrall will lead global sales strategy and execution across Equisoft’s core markets, including insurance carriers, distributors and financial institutions worldwide. His expertise spans policy administration, SaaS platforms, and data modernization, giving him a comprehensive perspective on the challenges insurers face throughout their digital transformation journeys.

As life insurers look to close the gap between legacy operating costs and modern policyholder expectations, Thrall will ensure more organizations can fully leverage Equisoft’s end-to-end solutions as they navigate the shift to modern AI-enabled operations.
