Todata Analytics has launched Tod AI, an intelligent assistant that instantly answers complex business questions using a company’s connected data. Most businesses don’t have the budget, infrastructure, or in-house expertise to build or maintain enterprise-grade analytics. Tod AI changes that.

Built to perform like a senior business analyst available 24/7, Tod AI makes it easy to ask tough, unexpected questions, such as “Compared to Q1, what revenue trends did you see in Q2 in each of our regions?” or “Rank our locations by profitability over the past 60 days.” Tod AI delivers quick, sourced answers with supporting visualizations. It can immediately show data, explain trends, and suggest what might be driving changes, all without manual digging or custom queries.

Integrated directly into Todata’s analytics ecosystem, Tod AI is trained on industry-specific data, and uses its understanding to identify patterns and seasonal trends in company data.

“There are a lot of impressive demos of AI solving problems that don’t exist,” said Nicole Osborn, CEO and Principal Owner of Todata. “Tod is a practical, productive business tool. It performs sophisticated analysis with new levels of speed, accuracy, and user-friendliness. Even people who have never used a business intelligence tool can use Tod right away.”

“Clients already tell us that Todata is a must-have for their strategic planning and daily operations,” said Andrew Kimball, COO of Todata. “Tod is the sidekick you’ll want in every meeting.”

Tod AI is already being used internally to streamline client onboarding. Under expert human supervision, the AI audits data sources and flags discrepancies across systems.

“Tod is providing value from day one,” said Ben Titus, President and Co-founder of Todata. “We’re catching errors in client databases they didn’t know existed. Our integration process gives clients an accurate map of their data territory. Our dashboards provide a better compass. Now, on the user side, Tod serves as an expert guide.”

Tod AI operates within Todata’s existing secure SOC 2- and HIPAA-compliant framework. The launch of Tod AI follows Todata’s recent release of SiteGrades, a product tailored for clinical research site organizations. It’s another step in the company’s push into industry-specific solutions that bring real, actionable intelligence to more businesses. Tod AI will roll out for existing Todata clients in Q4 2025, with new client onboarding available now.
